The organizational structure at Vishnu Krupa has organically evolved over the course of time into a mutli-layer hierarchy with a very responsible Executive Assistant supporting the leaders with all of the transactional exchanges within and outside the company. The next rung of individuals are the heads of the Sales as well as Accounts heads, taking care of all the important tasks under that function. The CRM system has also become part of this non-fluid structure, making it a more efficient and swift model. The structure at the warehouse too is a three-tier one with all the important functions being headed by a senior General Manager.
